As the curtain comes down on another fantastic year of cricket the club celebrated its various successes and had a light hearted look back at some of the failures at the Annual Awards & Curry Evening. The venue being moved to the Kashmir Valley for the first time.
The troops were entertained by Paul Hutchinson, CEO of Hutchinson Networks, and Andy Shea, an ethical hacker from Hutchinson and talented bowler from our 2nd XI.
The event continues to grow with over 40 attendees. The principal winners were;

The Awards Ceremony also saw the return of the Duck Award after it took a sabbatical last year. 10 players received nominations after securing 3 or more ducks during the season. A complex formula was then utilised to consider other factors such as type of game, not outs, DNB's and runs. Joint runners up were Gary Findlay and Graeme Donaldson with Paul Dance securing the title for the next 12 months.

Next month  the club will move on to it's AGM and the start of the ESCA indoor league.
