Tranent and Preston Village Cricket Club

Unfortunately Meadowmill has been ruled out as a home for Tranent Cricket Club. Discussions with Enjoy Leisure and East Lothian Council have been failed to identify a suitable area of the sports centre. Unfortunately Meadowmill joins the Ross High, Polson Park, Forresters Park, Sanderson's Wynd and other locations including Pencaitland, Ormiston and Elphinstone as being unsuitable for cricket.

Our "home" games for 2011 will now be arranged at Dunbar and Edinburgh (The Gyle and The Meadows).

Hopefully we can find a home for season 2012.
