Tranent Cricket Club are delighted to announce a major sponsorship deal for 2011 with the highly impressive G1 Group PLC backing the club.
The sponsorship will provide short term financial stability to the club enabling us to embark on our incredibly ambitious plans of developing the club for the community.
The G1 Group owns over 40 entertainment venues throughout Scotland and our sponsorship deal will involve the club highlighting the Ghillie Dhu.
The Ghillie Dhu, on Rutland Place at the end of Princes Street, is a Grade A Listed former Church which has been refurbished as an exuberant 3 storey venue boasting a traditional Scottish pub, a breathtaking live venue and performance space with decorative vaulted ceiling, period architectural features and a state of the art sound and lighting system.
