TCC claim double success

A massive congratulations to our 1st XI who have now both claimed the division 6 title as well as the Presidents plate. There is also a chance for a club first treble as we aim to defend the East Lothian Cup at North Berwick on the 14th September.  

The weekend round up starts with OCCC conceding Saturdays match which meant that TCC won the division 6 title. Celebrations had to be small however as there was another game at the weekend against Holy Cross 2nds in the Presidents Plate final. 

On Sunday TCC won the Presidents Plate after beating Holy Cross 2nds by 53 runs. A big thank you to all TCC members that came along to cheer the team on. The top performers with the bat were Aiden Hoenigmann 27, Vinty Paul 23 Not Out and Thomas Hardwick 17. The pick off the bowlers were Mark Anderson 3 for 9, Sheljo 3 for 16 and Vinty Paul 2 for 15.
